Enjoy explosive, sweet-as-honey flavor! This green fruit with a red blush hangs on the tree and can be eaten for four to six weeks as it keeps getting sweeter. It extends the stone fruit season and can be harvested into October. when it will still have a distinctive crunch.

This variety is showing promise as one that may ripen successfully in some of the cooler summer regions (in some years) – so if you want to “push the zone” and experiment in your short or cooler summer region, Flavor Grenade is a great variety to choose. Chill hours 200.
