Hippophae rhamnoides ‘Star of Altai’
Star of Altai, also known as Chuyskaya, is one of the sweetest of the seaberries we carry. It remains a seaberry though, so expect it to still have a delicious punch of tropical tartness! Star of Altai is heavy bearing and makes a sunshine yellow juice when pressed. It’s also thornless, which makes harvesting much easier! Additionally this variety is a natural dwarf reaching only 5-7′ tall at maturity.
